Joe DeMers tossed a one-hitter and also had two RBI's in a 3-0 victory over Clayton Valley, securing the DVAL title. Berkeley awaits in the first round of the NCS playoffs.
2. St. Francis-Mountain View (27-5)
Shutouts of Leigh (5-0) and Wilcox (2-0) have given it a spot against Soquel in the CCS semifinals.
3. Monte Vista (16-8)
The Mustangs won seven of their last eight games en route to a share of the East Bay Athletic League title. As the three seed, they host James Logan in the first round of NCS on Wednesday.
4. De La Salle (16-8)
Victories over San Ramon Valley and Cal helped it earn a share of the EBAL title for the second consecutive season. It earned the one seed in the NCS Division 1 playoffs, hosting Castro Valley on Tuesday.
5. Los Gatos (29-5)
Outscoring Santa Cruz and Branham 13-1, Los Gatos is on its way to the CCS semifinals.

Redwood finished as the top team in the Marin County Athletic League and earned the one seed in the NCS Division 2 bracket, hosting Northgate on Tuesday.

A 9-1 win against Freedom helped the Patriots finish undefeated in BVAL play and get the six seed in the NCS Division 1 playoffs. They will face Clayton Valley Charter on Wednesday.
11. Cardinal Newman (21-5)
With a 2-0 victory over Casa Grande, the Cardinals were crowned the North Bay League champions and are the two seed in the NCS Division 2 playoffs.
12. Casa Grande (20-6)
The 15 game win streak came to an end with a 2-0 loss to Cardinal Newman. It is the four seed in the NCS Division 2 bracket and will host Campolindo on Tuesday.
13. San Ramon Valley (15-9)
The Wolves have dropped six of eight, but still managed to earn the five seed in NCS with an impressive resume. Cal signee Joey Matulovich enters with an 8-1 record and 92 strikeouts. Freedom is its opening matchup on Tuesday.

Soquel is the surprise team in CCS, defeating Valley Christian-San Jose and San Benito en route to the semifinals.

Ryan Ruley's walkoff stolen base at home propelled the Cowboys to a 4-3 victory over rival Granada on Thursday, helping them finish 7-7 in the mighty EBAL. They are the 10 seed in the NCS Division 2 playoffs and will travel to Kennedy-Fremont on Tuesday.

Before falling to rival Foothill for the first time since 2013, the Dons reeled off a huge 7-4 victory over Monte Vista. They are the four seed in the NCS Division 1 playoffs and will face San Leandro on Wednesday.

The Grizzlies dropped their final two contests of the regular season to finish at 6-8 in EBAL. They host nine seed Foothill in the first round of NCS on Tuesday.

Despite falling to James Logan and ending the 16 game win streak, Kennedy hosts Livermore in the first round of NCS on Tuesday.
